Ingredients:
- 2 sheets puff pastry
- 5 turkey steaks
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 can of corn
- 1 can of tomato in pieces
- 125gr peas
- chili to taste
- salt to taste
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- extra virgin olive oil to taste
- 1 glass of white wine
- 1 egg + 1 tablespoon of milk for brushing
Take the onion and minced garlic to sauté in olive oi ina frying pan. Add the tomatoes and let it cook. In the meanwhile, add the meat and season with salt and chili to taste. Add the remaining vegetables and mix them well with a wooden spoon. Add the white wine, cover with glass cover to be able to go control it and cook very well over medium heat, about 40m until the sauce starts to evaporate. Stir occasionally. Once cooked, uncover and let cool. Meanwhile, cut the pastry into the desired format, I've chosen this heart-shaped one, place a puff pastry sheet on a tray [I've used the parchment paper that bought puff pastry usually brings and prick it with a fork]. Then, spread the prepared meat and vegetables on top and place another sheet on top.Unite around the edge with the tines of a fork, brush with egg mixture and milk and give some cuts vertically to allow it tobake well. Bake in preheated oven at 200 ° until golden brown.
