Reminding us of the so recently past summer, this cake baked with fresh and aromatic, but slightly acidic red plums - which inevitably ends up cutting a little of its overall sweetness - it's so easy to do and simultaneously so rewarding in its freshness and texture, that it will be a temptation to which it will be hard to resist!
Ingredients:
- red plums
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 and 1/2 mug light brown sugar
- 1 Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of sunflower oil
- vanilla extract
- 6 eggs
Beat the eggs with the sugar until it forms a light yellow foam. Add the flour with the baking powder and beat. Add a few drops of the vanilla extract and beat. Add the Greek yogurt and then the oil and beat again. Pit the plums and cut them into half-moons. Place the dough in a mold greased with butter and dusted with flour, dispose the sliced plums and sprinkle with light brown sugar. Take it to a pre-heated oven at 180 ° for about 45 minutes [do the toothpick test].
Ingredientes:
- ameixas vermelhas
- 2 canecas farinha
- 1 colher de chá de fermento
- 1 e 1/2 caneca açúcar amarelo
- 1 iogurte grego
- 1/2 chávena de óleo
- extrato de baunilha
- 6 ovos
