In The Mood For

This was the week of the Oscars and, consequently, of movies - activity which I adore but that due to the endless errands that I always have to do has fallen somewhat by the wayside. On Sunday was the night of the awards ceremony through the early hours, but this year it was really hard for me to handle it to the very end because I've been very tired and I had to wake up really early on Monday morning to go to work. Thus I will compensate for that by watching some of the nominated movies. The new Spring/ Summer collection has finally arrived at the stores and I went there to do the will of my eyes, unfortunately, not of my wallet - to build a house is far harder and more demanding than I had expected! It requires a lot of personal sacrifices. I just hope that, in the end, all this waiting and fashion restraint will compensate! I'm in the mood for...

Esta foi a semana dos Óscares e, por consequência, dos filmes - atividade que eu adoro, mas que em virtude dos inúmeros afazeres tem andado relegada para segundo plano. No domingo foi noite da cerimónia de entrega de prémios pela madrugada dentro, mas este ano não me aguentei até ao fim, porque ando muito cansada e trabalhava logo cedo na segunda-feira. Assim, irei colmatar essa falha ao ver alguns dos filmes nomeados. Começaram a chegar as novas colecções às lojas e eu fui fazer a vontade aos olhos; infelizmente, não à minha carteira - construir uma casa é bem mais duro e exigente do que eu inicialmente pensei. Exige muitos sacrifícios pessoais. só espero que no fim toda esta  espera e contenção de moda compensem! Apetece-me...
