Going Bananas Cake

This is a super easy and tasty suggestion of a homemade cake that will look astonishing in your decor as well as will entertain your closest friends! Besides that it's also economical and you won't feel guilty for having let your bananas get too riped to eat them, but not bad enough to throw them away - thing that I really avoid and hate doing because there are too many people in the world starving, so one must be more careful and grateful towards the simple but precious things that we have, such as food. Here's my suggestion for next Saturday afternoon, with friends, family or all by yourself endulging a nice movie and a comforting delight!

Ingredients:
  • 2 tea cups flour
  • 2 tea cups of dark brown sugar
  • 2-3 medium riped bananas
  • 1 soup spoon yeast
  • 1 soup spoon of cinammon
  • 3 eggs room temperature
  • 1/2 tea cup of milk
  • 1 banana flavour yoghurt
  • dark chocolate chips
  • liquid caramel (to pour on top)
Pre-heat the oven 190ºC/ 4 gas

In a bowl mix the flour and the yeast. Beat up the eggs , the sugar, the cup of milk, the mashed banana with cinammon for about 3 minutes with the mixer and pour over the flour with the yeast. Put the dough in a cake mould lightly greased with butter. Put it in the oven for about 35 minutes.

Thanks for your lovely supporting comment, it means a lot for me. I started DaretoDIY just five weeks ago and it's so exhausting, making the DIY's, managing too many streetstyle social networks, making the pictures, graphic design, writing in spanish and english... There's always work to do! So when I receive a comment like yours I feel like all this work is totally worth it!

I'm so glad to have you as a follower, of course I'm following you back :)

  48. Hhhmmmm parece-me mui bien, mas nem arrisco aventurar-me. O mau karma faria explodir ou o bolinho ou a minha carinha :p Fico-me pelo batidinho de banana que também evita que elas vão para o lixo todas moles e castanhas.
Também mui agradável o blog, fala de tudo e mais qualquer coisa! Gosto disso :)
    Inté aos próximos posts!
