In The Mood For

{baking and decorating my birthday cake}

I am those kind of people that love celebrating birthdays. Actually I somehow still feel like a kid, every year, despite the years go by at a vertiginous speed. I guess it's because I always feel young at heart and I still manage to see the once very lively girl I was when I look at myself in the mirror, no, not in a delusional way, I promise. This Sunday I'll be 42. There are some tiny wrinkles in the corner of my eyes and of my mouth ...but that's because I've laughed more than I've cried throughout the years and that's something one has got to be thankful for! Wish you a loving weekend. I'm in the mood for...

 {my new outfit for my birthday - shirt and vest from Massimo Dutti's new collection}

{trying to find some cute candles for the cake - these are the inspiration}

{in love with these polished colourful earrings}

{a fringy light grey bag that is on my wish list - at Massimo Dutti}

{a total unexpected early gift from my favourite guy}

{huge street decor for spring  that is just as good as it gets}

  6. Happy, happy, happy Birthday!! Forty-two? Ah, you are still very young and have quite a few years to go before it all collapses on you. But you will love that, too, as I do. And everything goes right back up as soon as you SMILE! The elixir of youth. Enjoy yourself to the maximum. And I love the gumball machine.
