Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 and 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons of baking soda
- 125g chocolate powder
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup of sunflower oil
- 1 1/2 goblet Irish Cream
- 1 cup of buttermilk [milk with 1/2 lemon juice for 10m]
- 1 can of dulche de leche
Topping:
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 package cream
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 125g chocolate powder
Firstly add the dry ingredients altogether stirring well to involve them. Then add the oil, buttermilk, eggs and Irish Cream. Stir everything well with an electric mixer until perfectly smooth. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 55m to 1h [make test toothpick], but check not to overcook. Let cool completely and then cut the cake in three haves. Fill in with dulche de leche. In a frying pan put a can of condensed milk, butter without salt, cream and chocolate powder package in a low heat stirring frequently and let it boil until the chocolate thickens. Let cool a little and spread over the cake.

- 2 canecas de farinha com fermento
- 1 e 1/2 canecas de açúcar
- 2 colheres de chá de bicarbonato sódio
- 125g chocolate em pó
- 3 ovos
- 1/2 caneca óleo girassol
- 1 e 1/2 cálices de Irish Cream
- 1 caneca de buttermilk [leite com sumo de 1/2 de limão a repousar 10m]
- 1 lata de leite condensado cozido
Cobertura:
- 1 lata leite condensado
- 1 pacote de natas
- 2 colheres de sopa de manteiga sem sal
- 125g chocolate em pó
