Summer Salad #15

The fresh, tangy cournichons of this salad and vinaigrette dressing pair well with rich-tasting, spicy sardines, though I bet  that the word “sardine” by itself is enough to put most people off, but why not give these a try? Canned sardines are low in mercury, high in omega-3 fatty acids, iron, calcium, and potassium, very affordable and they taste really good, so you'll have an healthy meal and a delicious one!

Ingredients:
  • 1 can sardines in spicy tomato
  • cherry tomato
  • ripped beet
  • purple Onion
  • cucumber
  • cournichons in pickles
  • vinaigrette sauce
  • corn bread

Ingredientes:
  • 1 lata sardinha em tomate picante
  • tomate cherry
  • beterraba ripada
  • cebola roxa
  • pepino
  • cournichons em pickles
  • molho vinagre
  • broa de milho

  1. Não suporto sardinhas a não ser... enlatadas!! De quando em vez lá compro uma lata e faço umas saladas ou uma versão de puttanesca que sai uma maravilha.
