I started the first day of 2014 baking in the morning, just because I really felt like it. Despite all the absurd amount of sugar, chocolate and fat consummed over the holidays I really felt like starting the first day of 2014 in a positive, proactive and sweet note and nothing like it than with a delicious, super easy and simple cake that somehow translates my expectations towards the new year!
Ingredients:
- 400g almond powder
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- 280g sugar
- 8 eggs
- 50ml liquid butter
Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add theliquid butter and beat well again. Add the almond powder and 4 tablespoons of cornstarch. Grease a mouldwith butter and sprinkle it with flour and take it to a preheated oven at 170 º for about 50m.
Comecei o primeiro dia de 2014 a cozinhar de manhã, só porque realmente estava a apetecer-me. Apesar de toda a quantidade absurda de açúcar, chocolate e gordura consumida durante as férias natalícias, deu-me vontade de começar o primeiro dia de 2014, numa nota positiva, proativa e doce e nada melhor do que com um bolo delicioso, super fácil e simples que de alguma forma traduz as minhas expectativas para o novo ano!

- 4 colheres de sopa de farinha Maizena
- 280g açúcar
- 8 ovos
- 50ml Vaqueiro líquida
