Milk Cake

This simple, super easy cake tastes so good it will surprise you. The consistency of the texture resembles a pudding or even maybe a cheese, dense and still moist,  and every bite you take makes you want to go for more. Greatly when served with coffee or a hot latte it is also lovely savory directly from the fridge for a summer dessert. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
  • 1L of semi-skimmed milk
  •  4 eggs
  •  2 cups of flour 
  • 1 full spoon of butter
  •  2  cups of sugar

Place all ingredients in a glass bowl and beat well. Then pour the contents into a mould greased with butter and dusted with flour and bake in preheated oven at 170º for about 50 minutes or until it turns a golden.



Ingredientes:
  • 1l de leite meio gordo
  • 4 Ovos
  • 2 canecas farinha de trigo 
  • 1 Colher cheia de manteiga
  • 2 canecas  de açúcar

Coloque todos os ingredientes numa taça de vidro e bata muito bem. Depois, despeje o conteúdo numa forma untada com manteiga e polvilhada com farinha e leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 170º durante aproximadamente 50 minutos ou então até apresentar uma coloração dourada.
