This quiche turned out to be the perfect meal to make the transition from hot summer days to rainy days or really cooler days haveactually set in during this month of September, giving away an already very close Autumn. It was really what I had at hand - a package of spicy sausages that I usually grill as a starter or for a lighter meal accompanied with a nice salad in the summer early evenings and dried tomatoes brought from Italy by some friends. Comforting, delicious and absolutely elusive because I did not know if this creation would work, I can assure you it ended up being one of the tastiest quiches I've ever done and that not a single slice was left to tell the story ... well just this, before being devoured!
Ingredients:
- spicy fresh sausages
- dried tomatoes
- onion
- extra virgin olive oil
- chili
- 3 eggs
- 1 fresh cheese
- 1 Greek yogurt
- 5 spicies mill
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
Grill the sausages [they already come properly spicy] cut into slices in a hot grill. Reserve. Caramelize the onions in a frying pan with olive oil, a pinch of salt and just a bit of ground chili. Beat the eggs until they form a foam, add the fresh cheese and fresh and the 5 spicies mill. Pour the onion in the base of the puff pastry pricked beforehand with a fork and add the dried tomato cut into small chuncks. Pour the dough. Add the previously grilled sliced fresh sausages. Take to a pre-heated oven at 180 ° for about 35 minutes.
Ingredientes:
- salsichas frescas picantes
- tomate seco
- cebola
- azeite virgem extra
- piri piri
- 3 ovos
- 1 queijo fresco
- 1 iogurte grego
- moinho 5 bagas
- 1 folha de massa folhada
