The warm days of March have brought with them an inalienable will of meals that can be enjoyed with pleasure and that, therefore , one wants to be tasty, easy and appetizing. Quiches fit into this category, and this one in particular , that mixes flavors of land and sea , will certainly be a great solution for the weekend ahead , and that includes an array of equally appetizing movies!
Ingredients:
- onion
- chili
- extra virgin olive oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 cottage cheese
- 1 Greek yogurt
- pink pepper
- white pepper
- blend of spices
- parsley
- coriander
- prosciutto
- shrimp
- 1 sheet of puff pastry [ love the Lidl ]
Boil the shrimp in water , salt and chili to taste and peel them . Reserve . In a frying pan caramelize the onion in extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt . In a bowl whisk the eggs together with theGreek yogurt and the cottage cheese , adding the peppers , a pinch of parsley and coriander . Line a tart mold with a sheet of puff pastry , score the bottom with a fork and firstly place the caramelized onions and then pour the dough over it. Cut the prosciutto into small squares and add them to the dough. Finally , distribute the shrimps evenly. Take to a preheated oven at 180 ° until golden brown [about 25m ].
Os dias amenos de março têm trazido consigo uma vontade inalienável de refeições que podem ser desfrutadas com lazer e que, por isso, se querem saborosas, fáceis e apetecíveis. As quiches estão nesta categoria e esta, que mistura sabores da terra e do mar, será certemente uma ótima solução para o fim de semana que se avizinha e que contempla uma panóplia de filmes igualmente apetecíveis!

- pimenta branca
- mistura de especiarias
- salsa

- presunto
- camarão
- 1 folha de massa folhada [adoro as do Lidl]

Adoro quiches. Confesso que é daquela coisas que mal chega a Primavera e eu já começo looooogoooo a babar por mil e uma quiches, sendo que a minha preferida de sempre é a de frango e espinafres. Mas hoje estou com vontade de comer uma de espargos e alho francês!!
