Perspective can be difficult beyond belief, but asking yourself, “Am I doing better?” is so key. In the past couple of months I’ve learned that by changing my perspective I can change everything from my mood to my anxieties.So instead of constantly obsessing about how much still needs to be accomplished due to the moving process [ even if the reasons for your move are positive ones, feelings of sadness and anxiety can arise] I'm finally settling into the idea that it all will eventually come together because I've been doing all I can so far and that'll have to do by now and that it's high time to attend my emotional needs.
