Now that the weekend is fast approaching, I'll suggest a simple, practical and very affordable meal, for you to fully enjoy the season of the turnip greens in a light, easy and delicious rice, which is the perfect accompaniment to some very tender, tasty and juicy pork neck chops.
Ingredients:
- 6 pork neck chops
- 1 glass of white wine
- qs salt
- chili
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 200g rice
- 1 small onion
- qs extra virgin olive oil
- qs turnip greens
In a frying pan heat a little extra virgin olive oil. Place the chops and season with coarse salt, chili and lightly crushed cloves of garlic, but with the peel. Leave to cook on both sides and add a glass of white wine in the meanwhile. Cover the frying pan with a glass lid so that you are able to control the cooking process. Turn the chops frequently and don't let them fry too much. Separately sauté the turnip greens in a pan with chopped onion and garlic and extra virgin olive oil. Meanwhile, pour the riceand cover it with boiling water. Season with salt and let cook. Serve still hot.

Ingredientes:
- 6 costeletas do cachaço de porco
- 1 copo de vinho branco
- sal q.b.
- piri piri
- 8 dentes de alho
- 200 g arroz
- 1 cebola pequena
- azeite virgem extra q.b.
- grelos q.b.

Adoro arroz de grelos, infelizmente cá por casa sou única nisso, lol. Tantas vezes já enganei marido e filho, dizendo que era arroz de espinafres - que eles adooooram - só para tirar a barriga de misérias, aiai... hmmm cheira-me que os vou enganar de novo brevemente loool.
