The month of September brings along such a great proliferation of birthdays, thgat leaves me with my hands full and there's barely a bag that can withstand it! So, this is a nice way to party with our beloved ones or closest friends' celebration of life, offering them a friendly and absolutely delicious dessert, which translates into a quality gift and is, especially, a synonym for true affection!
Ingredients:
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 package of cream
- 8 gelatin sheets
- 1 1/2 packages of cheese Philadelfia
- 1 packet of cookies
- 120 gr unsalted butter
- wild berries jam
- wild berries
Crush the biscuits and add the melted butter, mix well and place in the bottom of a tart mould. Refrigerate while preparing the custard. Soak the gelatine leaves in four tablespoons of water and drain well before melting them in 1 dl milk. Whip the cream with three tablespoons of sugar and set aside. Beat the cheese for a few seconds with the condensed milk and stir in the sour cream, add the melted gelatin and pour over the cookies base taking it to the fridge to solidify overnight. Remove and spread the wild berries jam and garnish with some fresh or freezed wild berries as well. Bring back to the fridge and serve it chilled.

- 1 pacote de bolacha Maria
- 120 grs de manteiga sem sal
