Summer is truly a great season for fresh tasty desserts such as fruit tarts, namely when it involves the exotic sour taste of the passion fruit. Mixed with the other ingredients the passion fruit taste becomes outsanding but concurrently balanced.Let me just confess that for many years I was very reluctant in giving this fruit a try...What a waste of time! I also admit that I still don't eat it except in cookings but I'll have to give in -it tastes very distinctively!
Ingredients:
- 1 tin of passion fruit pulp
- 6 eggs
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 package of cream
- unsalted butter
- passion fruit
Crush the biscuits with melted unsalted butter and line the base of a tart mold. Beat six eggs with a whole can of passion fruit pulp. Add a can of condensed milk and beat. Join a package of cream and beat again. Pour the mixture into the tart mold with the cookies. Bake in preheated oven at 180 º for about 25 minutes (or until browned on top) and relatively firm. Still warm, open and pour fresh passion fruit pulp to taste over the pie.
Ingredientes:
- 1 lata de polpa de maracujá
- 6 ovos
- 1 lata de leite condensado
- 1 pacote de natas
- manteiga sem sal
- 5 maracujás
Yum. One of the only good things about summer is the fruits LOL!
