This is a pretty sweet that usually attends birthday parties / family gatherings here at home, but I had never baked it fore - just have eaten it! After all it is quite easy to prepare, it takes very few ingredients, it makes a fantastic presentation, but mostly ittastes amazingly, it is addictive and it is capable of conquering even the least sweet tooth person. Let's do the betting?
Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 2 cans of condensed milk
- 1 package shortcut pastry
- 1 lemon
Separate the whites from the yolks. Whip the egg whites with five tablespoons of sugar, a few drops of lemon juice and reserve. To the six yolks, add the two cans of condensed milk and beat with an electric mixer. Work the bottom of the pastry with a fork, add the cream and take it to a preheated oven at 180 º for about 25m, until slightly browned andsolid (do the toothpick test). Remove from the heat, join the whipped egg whites and take to oven for about 10 m. Serve cold.
Vamos a apostas?
Ingredientes:
- 6 ovos
- 2 latas de leite condensado
- 1 embalagem de massa quebrada
- 1 limão
That looks amazing! I'm going to keep these ingredients on hand. 180 degrees? Are you sure?
