Now nothing better to celebrate the arrival of spring than with a delicious dessert made with fruit! This blueberries cheesecake of bittersweet, unique and special taste and attractive with an exotic purple-blue color will probably make the delights of all there at home - well, at least of all those who enjoy desserts made with fruit! After well Chilled serve and let yourself indulge in this springtime delish!
Ingredients:
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 2 packages of cream
- Gelatin sheets - 10
- 1 package of cheese Philadelfia
- 2 packets of cookies
- 120 gr unsalted butter
- blueberry jam
- blueberries
Crush the biscuits and add the melted butter, mix well and place in the bottom of a tart mould. Refrigerate while preparing the custard. Soak the gelatine leaves in four tablespoons of water and drain well before melting them in 1 dl milk. Whip the cream with three tablespoons of sugar and set aside. Beat the cheese for a few seconds with the condensed milk and stir in the sour cream, add the melted gelatin and pour over the cookies base taking it to the fridge to solidify overnight. Remove and spread the blueberries jam and garnish with some fresh or freezed blueberries. Bring back to the fridge and serve it chilled.
Ora nada melhor para celebrar a chegada da Primavera do que com uma deliciosa sobremesa de frutos! Este cheesecake de mirtilos de sabor agridoce, único e especial e com uma atrativa cor azul-púrpura exótica irá, provavelmente, fazer as delícias de todos aí em casa -bom, pelo menos de todos aqueles que gostarem de doces com frutos! Depois de bem geladinho é só servir e deixar-se deliciar com este manjar primaveril!

- 10 folhas de gelatina
- 1 embalagem de queijo Philadelfia
- 2 pacotes de bolacha Maria
- 120 grs de manteiga sem sal
