This week took it out of me! I feel extenuated, my moving to the new house is once again being postponed, Zion [my old beautiful, colourful bird] was attacked while outside in the yard and is likely not to survive, I've slept a max of threee hours per night,  the week felt never ending, I have lots of paperwork to do/ update/ organise, my dear friend Sofia went over a surgery and I've only had time to be with her over the phone, I've been eating more than I should and I really needed to choose beautiful pictures to cheer me up since I've been feeling so off! Sinto-me extenuada, a minha mudança para a casa nova foi mais uma vez adiada, o Zion [ o meu velhinho pássaro, lindo e colorido] foi atacado quando  estava no quintal e é provável que não  sobreviva, tenho dormido uma média de três horas por noite, a semana parecia que nunca mais acabava,  tenho imensa papelada para actualizar/ organizar, a minha querida amiga Sofia foi operada e eu só tive tempo de estar com ela ao telefone, tenho comido mais do que devia e, realmente precisava de escolher belas imagens para me animar , uma vez que me tenho sentido tão em baixo!
