Ingredients:
- apples
- cinnamon sticks
- raisins
- nuts
- brown sugar
- water
Preheat your oven to 190º. Rinse and dry the apples. Using an apple corer, cut out the core. Put the apples in a baking dish and stuff each apple with the the cinnamon sticks, brown sugar, raisins and chopped nuts. Pour more sugar over the apples. Sprinkle with water. Bake at 190°C for about 45 minutes, until the apples are cooked through and tender, but not overcooked and mushy. When done, remove the apples from the oven and baste them with the juices from the pan.

ReplyDeleteSó gosto de maçãs assadas em contexto salgado, achas normal??? Tipo num assado de carne, junto sempre ás batatas, cenouras, couves de bruxelas e alho umas quantas maçãs, e se for tempo disso, tomates também. Só como maçã assada se estiver temperada com ervas da provença, azeite e sal looool, granda maluca!!
