This is an infallible recipe for these hectic days before Christmas (it is super easy, very affordable and takes minimum time to be made) that is the perfect tasty, flavoured and soft base for whatever additons you decide to make - white, milk or dark chocolate cover, dried fruits, caramel topping, chrystallised fruits, diverse fillings ... Either you decide to customize it or have it simple you' ll be able to enjoy and serve your guests a great piece of cake!
Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- 1packet of powder sugar
- 2cups of self raising flour
- 1 pacote of cream
Ingredientes:
- 5 ovos
- 1 pacote de açúcar em pó
- 2 chávenas de farinha com fermento
- 1 pacote de natas
Beat the egg yolks very well along with the powder sugar and add the cream. Aside whip the egg whites to stiff peaks. Add the flour to the first dough and beat, then add the egg whites, folding gently. Take it to a pre heated oven at 200 for about 30m.
Batem-se as
gemas muito bem com o açúcar e juntam-se as natas . Batem-se as claras em castelo.
Junta-se a a farinha e bate-se e , finalmente, envolvem-se delicadamente
as claras batidas em castelo. Vai a cozer em forma untada e polvilhada
de farinha cerca de meia hora a 200º.
