Summer is all about skin protection and bright, vibrant happy colours. Here are my choices for the past month. I hope you'll enjoy it!
1. This super affordable lipstick by Catrice, Matt About Pink 250, has a shade that can look anything from bright coral pink to an orangy red, depending on the light and your own lip colour, but it has a bit of a tendency to emphasize dryness, so it's important to have your lips properly hydrated firstly [ it just glides on smoothly and doesn't leave little parts of product everywhere, though]. It's a keeper for sure.
2. This is by far the prettiest mani/ pedi peach colour I've found for summer.Almost like a light coral though not chalky or pastel-ish, which I love. The texture is thick and creamy which I love for opaque color. I did 3 coats because this one was streaky at first but built up and evened out fairly easily. It's a perfect summer shade for those hot summer days that are still ahead for us!
3. Shiseido's Sun Protection Liquid Foundation SPF30 is a thin, runny base with excellent medium to full coverage that protects skin against the UV rays causing photo aging with an excellent UVA/UVB protection effect. It's somewhere between matte and dewy which provides for a feresh look I simple adore. It's very lightweight and sinks right into my skin upon application without feeling heavy. I really enjoy wearing this foundation for this very reason. The SPF in it is an added bonus - an excellent option for outdoor wear when you're active because it stays in place and is water-resistant.
