Ingredients:
- 2 baguettes
- extra virgin olive oil
- garlic
- parsley
In a small sauce pan, combine: 100ml extra virgin olive oil, 2 pressed garlic cloves and 1 table spoon of chopped parsley. Heat over medium heat until is hot. Stir to combine then set aside and let the flavors infuse into the oil while you chop your bread. Cut your bread into slices or 3/4″ cubesand don’t remove the crus t because it adds variety and great crunch to these croutons. Transfer to a large tray.Spread the bread in a single layer and brush the seasoned olive oil over your chopped bread and turn them over on the other side as well so that it has an even coating of oil. Cover with a foil sheet and bake at 190º for 20 minutes until they are golden brown and crunchy.
