I always love baking sweets but as during the week the spare time is usually scarce, at the weekends my amateur culinary vein is running high. Lately I've been experimenting with new created recipes, using ingredients that I like and combining them together in order to prepare for the upcoming festivities meals. This Swiss roll proved to be delicious, super tasty and quite fit for the Christmas season with its wonderful flavour of strong coffee, Irish whiskey and cream based liqueur and the incredibly soft and buttery white chocolate. Plus, you won´t be needing any air freshener for beautiful smell of the cake in the oven will flood your house with the nicest Christmasy feel.
Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 250g light brown sugar
- 135g flour
- 20ml milk
- 30g melted butter
- 1 cup strong coffee
- 2 shots of Baileys
- 1 white chocolate
- 1 package of cream
- 6 ovos
- 250g açúcar amarelo
- 135g farinha
- 20ml leite
- 30g manteiga derretida
- 1 chávena café intenso
- 2 shots de Baileys
- 1 chocolate branco
- 1 pacote de natas
