Ingredientes:
- espargos
- 5 ovos
- sal q.b.
- mistura de pimentas q.b.
- 125gr mozzarella
- 1 cebola
- azeite q.b.
- 1 colher se sopa de manteiga
- 1 pacote de natas
Ingredients:
- asparagus
- 5 eggs
- sal q.s.
- mix of peppers q.s.
- 125gr mozzarella
- 1 onion
- olive oil q.s.
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 package cream
Wash the asparagus and cut half of them into slices, leaving the other half whole. In a frying pan sauté the onion in olive oil and then add in the asparagus. In a bowl, beat the eggs together with a package of cream and season to taste with salt and mixture of peppers. Then add the cheese.After removing the asparagus already drained of all the oil, mix those which are sliced into the eggs and let it cook with a tablespoon of butter. Reserve the whole asparagus. After frittata is cooked on one of the sides put it gently on a plate, arrange the asparagus in the fryer before turning the frittata over it to cook on the other side. Remove from heat and serve hot.
