For chocolate lovers this is heaven on earth! Beware after having the first bite, for you will definitely want to repeat. Its amazing texture, soft but with little bits of unmelted white/ milk and dark chocolate, the intense flavour of the Oreos cookies and the big chocolate hearts chunks that are audibly crushed between our teeth make it a real temptation. Though it is a caloric bomb it is also the perfect dessert to share on Valentine's day not only with our better half, but also with the ones who are dearest to us; affectionately, in that particular date or really whenever we feel like expressing our true love!
Ingredients:
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 package of cream
- gelatin sheets - 8
- 1 dl milk
- 1 and 1/2 packages of cheese Philadelfia
- 1 and 1/2 packet of Oreos
- 120 gr unsalted butter
- 1 white + 1 milk + 1 dark chocolates
Crush the biscuits without the white cream and add the melted butter, mix well and place in the bottom of a tart mould. Refrigerate while preparing the custard. Soak the gelatine leaves in four tablespoons of water and drain well before melting them in 1 dl milk. Whip the cream with three tablespoons of sugar and set aside. Beat the cheese for a few seconds with the condensed milk and stir in the cream, add the melted gelatin and pour over the dough. Melt although not quite intirely the three chocolates altogether and mix into the dough. Take to the fridge overnight and the morning of the next day as well [if it stays in the fridge for two 2 days is even better]. Remove and garnish with small chocolate hearts. Serve it chilled.
Ingredientes:
- 1 lata de leite condensado
- 1 pacote de natas
- folhas de gelatina - 8
- 1 dl de leite
- 1 e 1/2 pacotes de queijo Philadelfia
- 1 e 1/2 do pacote de Oreos
- 120 gr de manteiga sem sal
- chocolates: 1 branco + 1 leite + 1 preto
Sirva gelado.
