Now that autumn seems to have settled with all its forces, nothing better than celebrating its arrival with a good film accompanied by a batch of delicious freshly baked homemade scones that will certainly be delight of a cold and rainy afternoon.
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 ricotta
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tea spoons baking powder
- 3 tea spoons sugar
- 1 egg
- 120gr unsalted butter
- 120gr raspberries
Preheat oven to 200°C, grease
a square cake tin for
scones. Put
flour, baking powder and sugar together in a large mixing bowl and make
a well in the centre.
Pour the lemon juice, the lemon zest into the well, the milk and then add half of
the ricotta and the cold butter chopped into little pieces until there
is enough
to form a soft dough. Working quickly and gently, gather dough together
on a floured chopping board.
Try to handle the dough as little as possible, using lightly floured
hands to stop dough sticking to you. Gently add the raspberries into the
dough. Form small or medium balls and place next to each other in your
prepared tin. Bake for about 20 minutes, until scones are cooked
through and tops are
lightly golden. Pour lemon galze over them while they are still hot.
Serve immediately .
Agora que o outono parece ter-se instalado com todas as suas forças, nada melhor do que celebrar a sua chegada com bom filme acompanhado de uma fornada de deliciosos scones caseiros acabadinhos de fazer que vão certamente fazer as delícias de uma tarde fria e chuvosa.

- 1 raspa de 1 limão
- 2 colheres de chá de fermento
- 3 colheres de sopa de açúcar
- 1 ovo
- 120gr de manteiga sem sal
- 120gr de framboesa
