Persistence and determination are two of my most pressing characteristics. Thus, since the first one did not result in what I truly wanted for lack of the essential ingredients, I decided to return to work as soon as I could, and this time, it resulted in exactly what I wanted - a beautiful, delicious, fresh cake and absolutely ideal for sharing with a group of friends who indisputably gathered all of these qualities!
Ingredients:
- 1 tea cup flour
- 125 gr powder sugar
- 1 soup spoon yeast
- 4 eggs room temperature
- 125gr softened butter
- 1 lemos (juice and zest)
- a can of pineapple
- the juice of the pineapple can
- glacé cherries
Pre-heat the oven 180ºC/ 4 gas
In
a bowl mix the flour and the yeast. Beat up the eggs and the powder
sugar. Add the softened butter and beat up again, after adding the juice and zest of one lemon. Pour over the flour with the
yeast. Add the majority of the juice of the canned pineapple and blend well. In
the cake moulder spread butter, a bit of flour and fill the bottom with
liquid caramel. Grab the pineapple slices and fill the middle with
four glacé cherries and place them in the cake moulder. Drop the dough
all over the pineapple.Place it in the oven for
about 35 minutes. Afterwards pierce the cake with a fork and drop the rest
of the juice.
Ingredientes:
- 2 chávena de farinha
- 125gr açúcar em pó
- 1 colher de sopa de fermento
- 4 ovos temperatura ambiente
- 125 gr de manteiga amolecida
- 1 limão (sumo e raspa)
- 1 lata de ananás
- sumo do ananás enlatado
- cerejas cristalizadas
- Pré-aquecer o forno 180ºC/ 4 gás
and how beatifully served!!!
