When I was a kid there was no one who convinced me to try that brown, haired fruit - I coudn´t be more indifferent to them and had no idea that the inside would be a green juicy, sweet, acid though! Actually I was already quite a big girl when tried them and was immediately surrendered. Furthermore it is a fruit full of antioxidant, it has more nutrients than all fruits commonly known and has also the great advantage of being very little caloric. Well, this is not the case, but it is only once in a while and my guests of this afternoon really deserved a more invigorating snack!

- 6 eggs
- lemon zest
- fresh kiwis
Preheated oven at 180ºC.
Chop the crackers, add the melted butter, knead with your hands, cover with the mixture the tart pan, and poke the bottom with a fork.In a bowl, pour the condensed milk, the lemon juice, 1 egg and 5 egg yolks, stirring well until the mixture is smooth. Put it into the tart pan and take it to the oven for 30 minutes or until cooked and golden. Remove from the oven and let cool.
