Now that the weather seems to have cooled a bit, but still keeps the heat and sun, I remembered to make a sweet that combines these temperature differences and that suited the days that are still pleasantly enjoyed in good company while drinking in the last chance saloon as far as holidays are concerned. Therefore I suggest a sweet that's not just a pudding, but which is not exactly a cake either, but it contains within itself the freshness of limes, the comforting taste of cookies and the warmth of steaming coffee!
Ingredients:
- 2 packages of cookies
- 2 packages of cream (400 ml)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 6 gelatin sheets [colorless)
- 5 limes
- coffee
Preparation:
Wash the limes, grate the peel and cut them up, keeping the juice. In the meanwhile, put the gelatine sheets to soak in cold water. Start beating the cream with an electric mixer, adding the condensed milk until you get a fluffy cream. Continue beating while slowly adding the lime juice. Beat until the cream is consistent. Then drain the leaves of gelatine and dissolve them in 2 or 3 tablespoons of boiling water, stirring well to dissolve completely.Add the dissolved gelatin to the cream, as well as the zest of a lime and blend all well . Put it in the fridge while you dip the cookies into the hot coffee with a spoon of sugar.Place one layer of cookies, then another of mousse and subsequently. Take it to the refrigerator to solidify.

Ingredientes:
- 2 pacotes de bolacha Maria
- 2 pacotes de natas (400 ml)
- 1 lata de leite condensado
- 6 folhas de gelatina incolor
- 5 limas
