A Serious [Book]Case

To me, my new home won't be complete without an awesome and imponent bookcase filled with lots of beautiful and interesting books to brighten up my living room which was designed both to lodge and to exhibit a masterpiece. Perhaps not everyone would consider this a vital topic, but for me it is. I think it's a natural progression for anybody who loves books to also love bookcases as well.  Unfortunately the bookcase I had in my previous house doesn't suit the dimensions of the new one and therefore it cannot be reused, but I'm planning on selling it to someone who'll appreciate it as much as I did throughout these years it kept me company. Although I love seeing books organized by colours, the novels have to be organized by authors, so that my favourite collections are kept easily identifiable and at hand anytime I want to reread them.  Nevertheless I have to say that I could never organize my books alphabetically because the way in which my books speak to me are never encapsulated by the arbitrary and meaningless order of the alphabet. So I'll be on the hunt and saving up for the bookcase of my dreams and that may take a while. For the time being though, here's some amazing pictures that inspire me everytime.

Para mim, a minha casa nova não estará completa sem uma estante de livros impressionante e imponente repleta de livros bonitos e interessantes para alegrar minha sala que foi projetada tanto para alojar quanto para exibir uma obra-prima. Talvez nem todos consideram este um tema vital, mas para mim é. Eu acho que é uma progressão natural para alguém que ama livros também adorar as estantes que os contêm. Infelizmente, as estantes de livros que eu tinha na minha casa anterior não se adequam às dimensões da casa nova e, portanto, não podem ser reutilizadas, mas estou a pensar  vendê-las a alguém que vá gostar tanto delas quanto eu ao longo destes anos, em que me fizeram companhia. Embora eu adore ver livros organizados por cores, os romances têm de ser organizados por autores, de modo que minhas coleções favoritas sejam mantidas facilmente identificáveis e as tenha à mão quando as quero reler. No entanto, tenho a dizer que  nunca poderia organizar os meus livro por ordem alfabética porque a forma que os meus livros me falam nunca é encapsulada pela ordem arbitrária e sem substância do alfabeto. Assim,  vou andar à caça e a poupar para a estante dos meus sonhos e isso pode demorar um pouco. Por enquanto, porém, aqui estão algumas fotos incríveis que me inspiram a toda a hora.
