 Adelaide, owner of the salon that I go to for about 10 years - the Blue Room  - is a person of infinite patience, extreme kindness and who can listen and answer to my more outlandish claims. I have already stated in the blog my fondness for long  and smooth, full bodied, well treated and bright shining hair - qualities that with age advancing , stress and who knows what else mine has lost. From cutting my hair almost seamlessly, making me highlights, discouraging me  from ideas which I would certainly have regreted  and advising me to give it a more significant cut, Adelaide did everything. This time, I decided it for myself and I cut about 12 cm of very fine , spoiled and straw texture ends that were no longer doing anything there, except for weakening my hair even more. I leave you the suggestion of some the products that I have been using for some time now, other fabulous ones that I've recently discovered and one that will stand out from every other because in a year and a half  it made ​​me grow more hair amount [ I have lost a frightening percentage of capillary volume two years ago] than you can imagine and from all the products that I have already tried [and believe me, I 've already tried quite some]!

Já anteriormente referi no blog a minha predileção por cabelos compridos e sedosos, encorpados, de aspeto cuidado e brilhantes - qualidades que com o avançar da idade, o stress e sabe-se lá mais o quê os meus foram perdendo. Desde cortar-me o cabelo quase milimetricamente, fazer-me madeixas, desaconselhar-me de ideias das quais me viria certamente a arrepender e aconselhar-me a dar-lhe um corte mais significativo a Adelaide fez de tudo. Desta vez, decidi mesmo por mim e cortei cerca de 12 cm de pontas finíssimas, estragadas e de textura da palha que já não estavam a fazer nada ali, a não ser a enfraquecer-me mais o cabelo. Deixo-vos aqui os produtos que já uso há algum tempo, outros que descobri agora e que são fabulosos e um que vou destacar entre todos porque em ano e meio me fez crescer mais quantidade de cabelo [perdi uma percentagem assustadora de volume capilar há dois anos atrás ] do que possam imaginar e do que qualquer produto que eu já tenha experimentado [e, acreditem, que experimentei imensos]!
