Dessert is one of the favorite parts of the meals ritual of the weekend here at home and as Fall is in full force, the weather has cooled down quite a lot and one feels like being pampered with delicious treats , these bundles of ricotta and pumpkin jam were the highlight of last Saturday's after lunch and late afternoon [because I did some extra batch for lunch ] and were highly appreciated by guest friends . They are very tasty , visually appealing , but they are also fast to make and very affordable, because the most important is the interaction with people and not necessarily to spend many hours in the kitchen , so they become the ideal snack to welcome to November !
Ingredients:
- 1 package phyllo dough
- 1 curd
- pumpkin jam
- 1 egg
- unsalted butter
Turn on the oven and preheat it to 200 º C. Brush each sheet of phyllo doughwith melted unsalted butter and overlap them . Cut the dough into four and in the center of each of the parties put a piece of cheese and a spoonful of pumpkin jam . Join the ends of each set of dough and twist them in order to obtain a bundle . Place them on a tray lined with greaseproof paper , brush with egg and milk and bake for about 15 minutes or until the pastry is pretty golden.
Ingredientes:
- 1 pacote de massa filo
- 1 requeijão
- doce de abóbora
- 1 ovo
- manteiga sem sal [usei Mimosa]
Oh, wow. Where do you get the pumpkin jam? Do you make your own?
