Pumpkin Pie Pops

I've been dying to make this two-bite treat for a long time and this week's chill weather and delicous pumkin jam revealed more than appropriate for this enticing task.It couldn't have been easier to master, mainly because good ingredients always help do the trick. I'll give you an advice though - invite friends over to share some or in a blink of an eye you'll find yourself devouring the whole batch!

Ingredients:
  • 1 package puff pastry
  • pumpkin jam
  • 1 egg + a spoon of milk to brush
Heat oven to 220°. Line a tray with cooking parchment paper. Unroll the puff pastry sheet. Using a round cutter, cut out 12 rounds. Place 6 rounds on the parchment paper. Gently press 1 ice cream stick in center of each round. Spoon jam evenly onto each round. Brush edges with egg + milk. Seal edges with the help of a fork. Brush strips with remaining egg + milk. Bake 10 to 13 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Remove from the tray and let cool completely.

Ingredientes:
Aqueça o forno a 220 °. Coloque 6 círculos no papel vegetal. Retire do tabuleiro e deixe arrefecer completamente.

  9. How easy is that? We make apple jam cookies just like that (but without the stick). Now that I have some pumpkin puree, all cooked and ready to go, I'm going to make some jam and surprise everybody. Thank you for the inspiration!
