Mini Tarts

Once the heat arrives my voracious appetite for all kinds of sweets involving fruit comes arm in arm with it . The combination of  lemon, kiwi and strawberry sourness is ideal one for an afternoon that recalls the scorching summer, but which we want to be simply refreshing and delicious.Invite a few friends, make them in miniature size that always has a beautiful appearance and concentrates an unmatched flavor and enjoy a wonderful afternoon!

 Ingredients:
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 package and a half of sugary  of crackers
  • 3 tbsp (tablespoons) sugar
  • 250 g butter, melted
  • 6 eggs
  • lemon zest

Preheated oven at 180ºC.Chop the crackers, add the melted butter, knead with your hands, cover with the mixture the tart pan, and poke the bottom with a fork.In a bowl, pour the condensed milk, the lemon juice, 1 egg and 5 egg yolks, stirring well until the mixture is smooth. Put it into the tart pan and take it to the oven for 30 minutes or until cooked and golden. Remove from the oven and let cool before you place the fruits on top. Reserve in the refrigerator until serving time.

Ingredientes:
  • sumo de 2 limões
  • 1 lata de leite condensado
  • 1 pacote e meio de bolacha Maria
  • 3 colheres (sopa) de açúcar
  • 250 gr manteiga derretida
  • 6 ovos
  • raspa de limão

Forno pré aquecido a 180ºC.
