When the oppressive heat settles, laziness prevails and there are unexpected guests for dinner, nothing tastes better than a food which is cooked rapidly, which is absolutely tasty and can be eaten hot, at room temperature or cold. The mixture of flavours is delicious, they merge without trampling. Here is a very effectivemeal , both in the perspective of surprising your guests, as in the simple delight of savouring it.
Ingredients:
- a sheet of shortbread pastry
- olive oil
- 2 large onions
- bacon or pancetta
- chili pepper
- 5 pepper mixture
- black pepper
- nutmeg
- 1 medium fresh cottage cheese
- 1 sweetened Greek yogurt
- 4 eggs
- chopped coriander
Caramelize the sliced onions in a pan with extra virgin olive oil and chili pepper. In a bowl add 4 eggs, 1 medium sized fresh cottage cheese, 1 sweetened Greek yogurt , spices to taste and chopped coriander. Beat with a wire rod. Remove the caramelized onion and put it in the base pastry, pricking the bottom with a fork. Pour the previous mixture over the onion and finally sprinkle with chops of bacon / pancetta. Take it to a to the pre-heated oven at 180 ° until golden brown on top.

A mistura dos sabores é deliciosa, fundem-se sem se atropelar. Eis uma refeição muito eficaz, quer na perspetiva de surpreender os seus convidados, quer no simples deleite de a saborear.

- uma folha de massa quebrada
- azeite
- 2 cebolas grandes
- bacon ou pancetta
- piri piri
- pimenta 5 bagas
- pimenta preta
- noz moscada
- 1 queijo fresco médio
- 1 iogurte grego açucarado
- 4 ovos
- coentros picados
