As unfortunately I can not go to Paris, the city of love par excellence, according to reports around the world, and also the city my election, I decided to bring Paris home! The French patisserie has something unique, very beautiful, delicate, tasteful, artistic, excelling. Without any pretense, except to evoke the romanticism of the moment between two lovers, I suggest you a quick, delicious and very appropriate treat for a day on which you want to spend less time cooking and more dating! Happy Valentine's Day!
Ingredients:
- 3 sheets of puff pastry
- 1 package of sour cream
- 1 lemon
- egg wash for brushing
- raspberries
- powdered sugar
With a cutting mould cut several pairs of hearts and brush them with a egg wash. Bake them in a preheated oven 200 º watching frequently not to let them burn. Open the oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar and lead back in the oven. Meanwhile, beat the sour cream with sugar [about 3 tablespoons] and add the zest and the juice of a lemon. When the hearts have been removed from the oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar again, place the whipped cream between each half and garnish with raspberries.

A patisserie francesa tem qualquer coisa de única, muito bela, delicada,saborosa, artística, exímia. Sem qualquer tipo de pretensão, a não ser a de evocar o romantismo num momento a dois, deixo-voa aqui uma sugestão rápida, deliciosa e muito apropriada para um dia em que se quer passar menos tempo a cozinhar e mais a namorar! Feliz Dia de São Valentim!
Ingredientes:
- 3 folhas de massa folhada
- 1 pacote de natas
- 1 limão
- 1 ovo para pincelar
- framboesas
- açúcar de confiteiro para polvilhar
