Coffee Break Cake

I must be one the few people I know who does not like coffee. Or rather, who does not drink black coffee, to pu things straight. However, I have a special fondness for its aroma and incongruously for all involves coffee flavour- including lattes, cakes, candies, ice cream ... Even if mixed with other flavours and I can tell a good coffee - its distinct and full bodied flavour that stays longer in the mouth, the sharp fragarant smell that causes mysterious effects on our senses ... And so, because I have felt the pleasant smell of freshly made coffee, I decided to bake this cake which left no "slice" unturned! ;)

  • 1 cup of expresso coffee
  • 1 cup of dark brown sugar + a bit of white sugar
  • 4eggs
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 tea spoon of yeast
  • 1 cup of sunflower oil

  •  you melt a dark chocolate 70%  minimum cacao witha bit of butter and milk in a slow fire and then sprinkle with granulated chocolate.

Blend the sugar with the eggs and add the cup of oil. Add the flour and baking powder and beat up again. Finally, joins the cup of coffee and mix again. Bake the dough in a pre - heated oven for about 40 m in a mould greased with butter and sprinkled with flour.
