A Bold Statement 2 - Armswag

 The first time I heard the term "Armswag" was in the Brazilian blogs that are always at the cutting edge of fashion. It basically consists of using multiple bracelets in various designs, colors and styles, all at once, making a mix that creates a different and bold look - gold, silver, neon, beads, leather, thin, thick, even the watch can join the dance! The watchwords are mixing and composing! To avoid falling into exaggeration or ridicule one has to use not only creativity, but also to have good taste, so that the pieces harmonize with each other and are mixed with consistency, charm and elegance, but in a style that is  fun either. So now is we have to go for it, gather all the bracelets we have at home, choose them carefully, adorn our arms and join the freedom to innovate! Shall we?


A primeira vez que ouvi falar no termo "Pulseirismo" foi nos blogs brasileiros que estão sempre na crista da moda. Basicamente consiste em usar várias pulseiras, de vários modelos, cores e estilos, todas de uma vez só, fazendo um mix que cria um look diferente e arrojado - dourados, prateados, neon, pérolas, cabedal, finas, grossas,até o relógio pode entrar na dança! As palavras de ordem são misturar e compôr! Para não cair no exagero ou ridículo há que usar não só a criatividade, mas também o bom gosto, para que as peças se harmonizem entre si e sejam misturadas com coerência, charme e elegância, mas num estilo que se quer simultaneamente divertido. Por isso agora é pôr mãos [e braços!] à obra, reunir todas as pulseiras que tenhamos lá em casa, escolhê-las criteriosamente, enfeitar os braços e aderir à liberdade de inovar!Vamos lá?
