Though always classic, timeless, trendy and fun, for some years [when I put on some considerable weight] I've stopped wearing them for I firmly believed in the common sense that said that they made me look even bigger. Now, that my weight is finally regular again I've kind of rediscovered stripes and fell back in love with this edgy pattern that now has invaded stores in thin/ bold sizes, neon colours, colourful hot mixes or the typical nautical look. I've always been very fond of stripes but this year I seem to have gone completely mad about it, since they call for my attention everywhere I turn my head to and they managed to make their way back to me!Stripes are either loved or hated by women, I know no in-between case. I absolutely love them for the ability of freshning up a pretty plain and boring outfit, by brightening dull looks or by enhancing clothes in a modern way. Either you mean to adopt a casual classical chic look or contrarily, you want to make a bold impression, I'd advise you to go grab a striped item as soon as possible and create the look that is truly you!
