Summer easy and delicious breakfasts that are equally healthy [no sugar and lots of proteins] and tasty are what I live for these days. This is a breakfast that feels comforting and decadent, but is really far from it. These pancakes are light, fluffy and naturally sweet and they couldn't be simpler nor easier to bake - a dream come true!
[each portion makes 4 - I made 2 batches of the recipe]
- 1 big ripe banana
- 4 tablespoons oatmeal flour
- 2 eggs
- butter to grease the pan
- fresh strawberries
Ingredientes:

- 1 banana grande madura
- 4 colheres de sopa de farinha de aveia
- 2 ovos
- manteiga para untar
- morangos frescos
