The first time I ate strawberry cheesecake was in London in 2000. At first I was a bit reluctant to try it because the meal was full and I found myself unable to eat anything at all. However, I ended up being convinced to taste it and I can not say if it was the special occasion, the particular company or the divine taste of it, but the truth is that I was so conquered and rendered to this sweet that few were the times that I went back to repeat , not to detract the uniqueness of the moment and only now have I dared to bake it. It was worth the wait!
Ingredients:
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 package of cream
- Gelatin sheets - 10
- 1 package of cheese Philadelfia
- 2 packets of cookies
- 120 gr butter
- strawberry jam
- fresh strawberries
Crush the biscuits and add the melted butter, mix well and place in the bottom of a tart mould. Refrigerate while preparing the custard. Soak the gelatine leaves in four tablespoons of water and drain well before melting them in 1 dl milk. Whip the cream with three tablespoons of sugar and set aside. Beat the cheese for a few seconds with the condensed milk and stir in the sour cream, add the melted gelatin and pour over the cookies base taking it to the fridge to solidify [I left it there for 2 days and served it in the evening of the second day]. Remove and spread the strawberry jam and garnish with some fresh strawberries. Bring back to the fridge and serve it chilled.
Valeu a pena a espera!
Ingredientes:
- 1 lata de leite condensado
- 1 pacote de natas
- 10 folhas de gelatina
- 1 embalagem de queijo Philadelfia
- 2 pacotes de bolacha Maria
- 120 grs de manteiga
- doce de morango
- morangos frescos
