In America people say that "life is just a bowl of cherries" and probably we should approach it that way. Cherries are my favorite fruit - they appear in the month of my birthday, and have extraordinary hues, they have got just a few calories, in addition to having lots of fiber. I like them big and fleshy, dark and very sweet. With some leftover cherries and red plums I've tried this recipe and I assure you it is delicious!
Ingredients:
- 1 and 1/2 packet of cookies
- 250 g butter, melted
- 100g Sugar
- 2 tbsp (tablespoons) cornstarch
- 3 egg yolks
- 4 dl milk
- 2 dl sour cream
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 º C. Put the dough of butter and cookies in the tart mould adjusting well. Bake about 20 minutes. Remove and let cool. Pit cherries and plums.
Mix sugar with corn starch and egg yolks. Pour the milk and cream, involving everything well. Bring to boil until it thickens. Remove, let cool and pour into the mould.Decorate the tart with cherries and red plums and set aside in the refrigerator until it's time to serve.
Na América diz-se "life is just a bowl of cherries" e, provavelmente, deveríamos encará-la assim.
Ingredientes:
- 1 pacote e meio de bolacha Maria
- 250 gr manteiga derretida
- 100g de açúcar
- 2 colheres (sopa) de amido de milho
- 3 gemas
- 4 dl de leite
- 2 dl de natas
Ligue o forno a 180ºC.
ajustando-a bem. Leve ao forno, cerca de 20 minutos. Retire e deixe arrefecer.
Descaroce as cerejas e as ameixas.

ReplyDeleteÓtima receita, querida!
