Prom Cake


 The kids had asked me to bake them cute, tasty cake, with chocolate  and I tried to follow these guidelines carefully; well, with one or another variation that turned out not to disappoint expectations, according to what I could ascertain. I wanted, above all, to bake them a memorable cake, appetizing and fun at the same time, which was what they expected from that evening - to take along a sweet memory for life. Under the theme "Let's Make Memories", we enjoyed one another's company, danced, ate and I sincerely hope that my humble cake is always remembered by them, as the memory of my dedication and sincere friendship for them all!

Ingredients:
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 yoghurts : tutti-frutti flavour
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 tea spoon of yeast
  • 1 cup of sunflower oil
  • food colouring
 Covering + Filling:
  • white chocolate, fresh raspberries and fresh currants
  • the cake was filled with sour cream and strawberries

Whisk the egg whites with a measure of sugar [as the cup of yogurt]. Beat the yolks well with sugar measures 2 [yogurt cups] to obtain a white foam. Gather the following ingredients in this order - oil, flour, yeast, yogurt. Beat and add more food coloring. Finally, add the egg whites with a wooden spoon, gently involving. Place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees, for about 40m.


Os miúdos tinham-me pedido que lhes fizesse um bolo giro, saboroso e com chocolate e eu tentei seguir estas diretrizes à risca; bom, com uma ou outra variação que acabou por não desapontar as expectativas, segundo o que pude apurar. Eu queria, sobretudo, fazer-lhes um bolo memorável, apetitoso e ao mesmo tempo divertido, pois era o que eles esperavam dessa noite - levar uma doce uma recordação para a vida. Sob o tema "Vamos Fazer Memórias", convivemos, dançámos, comemos e eu espero, sinceramente, que este meu humilde bolo seja por eles sempre recordado, como a memória da minha dedicação e sincera amizade por todos eles!

 Ingredientes:
  •  6 ovos
  •  2 iogurtes: sabor tutti-frutti
  •  2 xícaras de açúcar
  •  2 xícaras de farinha
  •  1 colher de chá de fermento
  •  1 xícara de óleo de girassol
  •  corante alimentar

  Cobertura + Recheio:
  •  chocolate branco, framboesas frescas e groselhas frescas
  •  o bolo foi recheado com natas e morangos
