You know those days when things don´t work out that well? This was one of those days, but it also proves that everything is not always as hopelessly lost as it seems. I was on such a tight schedule for having left everything to do to the last minute that I bought a can of pineapple chunks rather than sliced, I forgot to pack the milk in the supermarket and only realized it when I was at home preparing the cake, the pineapple juice from the can was minimal and any minute then the guests would be knocking at the door and everything was in a mess! End result: a cake that was sweet, tasteful, soft because a person may not have all the ingredients, but if the most important one is there, love, the recipe will always be infallible!
Ingredients:
- 1 tea cup flour
- 125 gr powder sugar
- 1 soup spoon yeast
- 4 eggs room temperature
- 125gr softened butter
- a few drops of lemon
- a can of pineapple
- the juice of the can of pineapples
- liquid caramel
- lemon glaze: two lemons'juice, 1 lemon's zest, 6 tea spoons powder sugar
Pre-heat the oven 180ºC/ 4 gas
In
a bowl mix the flour and the yeast. Beat up the eggs and the powder
sugar. Add the softened butter and beat up again, after adding a few
drops of lemon juice. Pour over the flour with the
yeast. Add 20dl of the juice of the canned pineapple and blend well. In
the cake moulder spread butter, a bit of flour and fill the bottom with
liquid caramel. Grab the chops of the pineapple and place them in the cake moulder. Drop the dough
all over the peaches.Place it in the oven for
about 35 minutes. Afterwards pierce the cake with a fork and drop the lemon glaze.
importante estiver lá, o do amor, a receita é sempre infalível!
Ingredientes:
- 2 chávena de farinha
- 125gr açúcar em pó
- 1 colher de sopa de fermento
- 4 ovos temperatura ambiente
- 125 gr de manteiga amolecida
- gotas de limão
- 1 lata de ananás
- sumo do ananás enlatado
Numa
taça misturar a farinha e o fermento.
adicionar 20dl do sumo do ananás enlatado. Colocar numa forma
