Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- zest of 3 oranges
- juice of 4 oranges
- 60ml liquid butter
- 250gr sugar
- 350g self-raising flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Separate the yolks from the whites and whisk the egg whites. Reserve the whisked egg whites. Whisk the egg yolks with , the oil and the zest of the orange. Afterwards add the juice of the orange and whisk again. Add the flour and whisk, then involving the whisked egg whites. Pour it a mold buttered and sprinkl it with flour and take it to the oven pre heated at 180º for about 35-40 minutes.
Topping - Royal Glacé:
- 2 egg whites without whisking
- 150gr confectioners' sugar
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
Ingredientes:

- raspa de 3 laranjas
- sumo de 4 laranjas
- 60ml manteiga líquida
- 250gr açúcar
- 350g farinha com fermento
- 1 colher de fermento
Topping - Royal Glacé:
- 2 claras de ovos sem bater,
- 150gr de açúcar de confeiteiro
- 1 colher de sopa de sumo de limão.
