As my cookbooks collection has been steadily growing over the past couple of years along as my passion for it, I've deciced it was high time to create a new monthly post to suggest you some of my favourite ones. Let's start by this one. Recipes feature photographs of the four to six ingredients typically included as well as the finished dish. Food styling is kept to a minimum.and the bonus is that besides the recipes are in general all quite easy to assemble, most of the ingredients can be easily sourced in a supermarket. A must-have for sure!
