Chocolate Salami - Childhood Memories #3

When I think of this recipe it always comes to my mind those Saturday afternoons in late September / early October , when I and my neighbours did this recipe to share with the group of friends that invariably,  while classes did not start, gathered together in the " hill" for a good couple hours of socialization , innocent games  and an outdoor picnic . This recipe is simple and very easy to be prepared , even by a child , because it does need the oven , and it tastes like nostalgia and leaves a good aftertaste of great longing ... that you'll want to feel forever!

Ingredients:

  • 180gr butter
  • 200gr Sugar
  • 150gr cooking chocolate powder
  • 1 egg
  • Tea biscuits 200gr coarsely chopped
  • Aluminum foil
  • parchment paper

In a bowl , place the butter and the sugar.Beat until it gets to a creamy white batter. With the help of a spoon , mix the egg with the butter cream and mix well with the powder chocolate. In the end , add the biscuits and mix it all. After every ingredients have been   mixed
well, place the mixture on a sheet of paper. With your hands , make a scroll , rolling up the parchment paper and tucking the dough to make it one compact roll . Keep it in the refrigerator until set. After the salami has become consistent , remove from the parchment paper and wrap it in an aluminum foil sheet. Keep refrigerated until serving, preferably already sliced .

Ingredientes:
  • 180gr de manteiga
  • 200gr de açúcar
  • 150gr de chocolate de culinária em pó
  • 1 ovo
  • 200gr de bolacha Maria picada grosseiramente
  • Papel de alumínio
  • Papel vegetal

Numa tigela, coloque a manteiga e o açúcar.
