Peachy Blush Blazer

I love blazers and this in particular is a wardrobe must-have -  elegant, feminine, soft, romantic, timeless and trés chic! You can style it sophisticated, sporty, sexy or even add a chic work-wear vibe to your ensemble with a peachy blush blazer.  It can cheer up a look, blends well with pretty much anything in your closet and when mixed with jeans, white, beige or black it will help you balance its girly nature. It is also flattering for all skin tones and feels particularly fresh. That being said and considering that the sales season is already open, what are you waiting for to go grab your own?

In The Mood For

{two birthday parties require a batch of sweet tasty goodies}

Summer weekends are always some of the most expected during the hot months - I love the ease of relaxed schedules, spontaneous family and friends gatherings and talks that enter the early evening, taking my time getting ready, writing my to-do list, making refreshing dishes to offset the heat, soaking-up-the-sun and outdoor entertaining, wearing white lace... I can already smell this summer weekend and I bet it will be great! Have a fantastic one as well! I'm in the mood for...

Passion Fruit Greek Yoghurt Cake

Even for those who are not very fond of sweets [how I envy you!] simple and very tasty homemade cake is always perfect for entertaining friends, family or for that late afternoon tea on quieter days. The exotic touch of the passion fruit yogurt makes it ideal for this still barely there shy summer . I think this is one of those foolproof recipes that always turn out well and that tastes even better! Will you give it a try?

Ingredients:
  •  2 passion fruit Greek yoghurts
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup cake flour
  • 1 cup of cornstarch
  • 50 ml of sunflower oil
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

Beat the eggs with the sugar until a smooth cream. Add the yogurt and continue to beat, mixing well. Add the dough to the premixed flour with baking powder and mix well. Finally, pour the oil and beat again. Bring to a preheated 180 ° C oven for about 45 minutes.
