White Wine Sangria


 A refreshing,  light, drink, with a smooth aftertaste conferred by tropical flavor and aroma of pineapple and by the summery  color of scarlet strawberries and very green limes , perfect for a late afternoon cocktail, to share in a romantic dinner for two or even at a family lunch, where good mood, the joy of fellowship and the pleasure of delighting ourselves  with a still very sunny September afternoon abounds !

Ingredients:
  •  250 ml white wine
  •  250 ml Seven Up
  •  250 ml carbonated pineapple juice (I used Sumol) 
  •  mint leaves 
  •  1 cinnamon stick
  •  7 strawberries
  •  2 limes
  •  wild berries
  •  ice
Pour the wine, the pinneapple juice and the Seven up into a large jug . Mix everything very well. Wash the fruit and cut it into pieces - the limes in slices and the strawberries into two halves and a handful of wild beries. Add it to the liquid ingredients and then add a cinnamon stick and mint leaves to flavor the drink. Cover and let steep in the refrigerator for two hours before serving in high glasses. Put lots of ice cubes.



Uma bebida refrescante, leve, com um suave travo tropical conferido pelo sabor e aroma da bebida de ananás e pela cor veraneia dos morangos escarlate e da lima verdejante, perfeita para um cocktail de final de tarde, para partilhar num romântico jantar a dois ou até num almoço familiar, onde reina a boa disposição, a alegria de confraternizar e o prazer de nos deleitarmos com uma tarde de Setembro ainda muito solarenga!

Ingredientes:
  • 250 ml vinho branco
  • 250 ml sumol de ananás
  • 250 ml Seven Up
  • folhas de hortelã
  • 1 pau de canela
  • 7 morangos
  • 2 limas 
  • frutos silvestres
  • gelo
Deite num jarro grande o vinho, a Seven up e o Sumol de ananás. Misture tudo muito bem. Lave muito bem a fruta e corte-a em pedacinhos - as limas em rodelas fininhas, os morangos em metades e um punhado de frutos silvestres. Adicione aos líquidos e juntes 1 pau de canela e folhas de hortelã para aromatizar a bebida. Tape e deixe de infusão no frigorífico durante duas horas antes de servir em copos altos.Coloque bastantes pedras de gelo.
