Chocolate & Coffee Cake

This indulgent and ultra decadent chocolate cake is a suggestive and delicious recipe for a romantic moment for the upcoming Valentine's day celebration - whether you're having cozy brunch, a lunch date or an after-dinner soiree this [chocolate, coffee, strawberries, "brigadeiro" topping - isn't it a killer combo?] cake will be a great, tempting and seductive dessert to enjoy,  guilt aside, while wooing your sweetie.

Ingredients:
  •  2 cups flour
  • 1 and 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of baking soda
  • 125g chocolate powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of sunflower oil
  • 3 goblets of Frangelico
  • 1 cup of  buttermilk [milk with 2 tablespoons lemon for 10m]
  •  1 cup of  intense flavoured hot coffee

Topping:

  •  1 can condensed milk
  •  1 package cream
  •   2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  •   125g chocolate powder

Firstly add the dry ingredients altogether stirring well to involve them. Then add the oil, buttermilk, eggs, Frangelico, and finally, the hot coffee. Stir everything well with an electric mixer until perfectly smooth. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 55m to 1h [make test toothpick], but check not to overcook. In a frying pan put a  can of condensed milk, butter without salt, cream and chocolate powder package  in a low heat stirring frequently and let it boil until the chocolate thickens. Let cool a little and spread over the cake.

Ingredientes:
  • 2 canecas de farinha com fermento
  • 1 e 1/2 canecas de açúcar
  • 2 colheres de chá de bicarbonato sódio
  • 125g chocolate em pó
  • 3 ovos
